Since 21 century,domestic and international attention has been focused on the ocean,and China's policies to implement citizen marine awareness have been continuously issued.The work of cultivating citizen marine awareness is urgent.This work should run through the life of citizens,of which basic education is particularly important.Due to the characteristics of geography and Objective factors such as curriculum setting have made the sense of “spanning”in junior and senior high school marine consciousness education,which restricts the improvement of citizens' marine consciousness.,and the advanced learning model refines students' learning goals at each stage and helps students complete their knowledge.The gradual improvement of literacy and ability is in line with the core literacy proposed by the new curriculum standard.Therefore,this paper combines advanced learning theory with core literacy,which can not only can effectively grasp the academic situation,but also grasp the content of the curriculum in actual teaching and build students' basic education.The model of marine consciousness connection education strategy for students,teachers and learning according to the model layering.The teaching design is based on the “National Marine Rights and Marine Development Strategy” as an example.The specific research process content and conclusions are as follows:First,the first three chapters use the literature analysis method to determine the related concepts and meanings.It summarized the current situation of weak marine consciousness among the people,clarified the reasons and difficulties in the development of marine consciousness education.Combined with the problem of junior high school education and other scholars' research methods.Learning advanced theoretical models is conducive to the development of education.Second,The fourth chapter determines the advanced dimensions based on the curriculum standards of primary and secondary schools and the marine consciousness indicators announced by the State Oceanic Administration,and uses scientific concepts to understand the development hierarchy model,and divides the advanced variables of marine consciousness.Talking elementary school science as the starting point for advanced learning,and using the level and core literacy set by the high school geography curriculum standard as learning goals,a model of advanced marine consciousness education from elementary school to high school was constructed.Questionnaires were used to study the beginning of several middle schools in TianJin.Senior high school students are empirically researched,fitted with the Rasch models,analyzed the matching relationship between the advanced learning level and the ability of the students.Adjust the learning advanced framework accordingly.Third,On the basis of content analysis,Chapter 6 proposes corresponding strategies forteachers,students,and schools.For example,teachers based on high school geography teaching and teachers to strengthen their ability,increase communication,develop a consistent plan,develop curriculum resources,and define evaluation standards.Strategies for Forming a Teaching-Learning-Evaluation Mutual Promotion System.Propose strategies to change the view of learning,use spare time,and narrow the gap: propose strategies for schools to carry out activities,interdisciplinary teaching,and open comprehensive courses.The framework and bridging education strategy use the action analysis method to carry out "National Ocean Rights and "Ocean Development Strategy" as an example.Through the research on the connection education of marine consciousness between junior and senior high school students,the value of marine consciousness education of junior and senior high school students in geography is realized,and the formation and development of students' core quality of geography is promoted.However,due to the short investigation time,the failure of follow-up investigation and the limitation of investigation scope,it can not fully represent the general situation.In the future,it will explore the integration with other disciplines and further deepen the unique educational value of Geography in the implementation of marine consciousness education.
