Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Teachers' Online Learning Space Based On Online Behavior Analysis

With the rapid development of information technology,China education informationization has achieved unprecedented development in recent years.With the strong promotion of the country and the guidance of relevant policies,online education has become a common way of learning.As an excellent online education platform,the number of online learning spaces opened by the end of 2019 has reached 10397.However,after the research on a large number of online learning platforms,it is found that most online learning platforms are relatively single in the evaluation of learners,mainly results based evaluation,lack of process based evaluation,and in the evaluation of teachers,lack of a complete set of evaluation index system to evaluate the process of Teachers' application of online learning space platform in teaching and learning.Online education platform has excellent data collection function,which can evaluate a learner and educator from different aspects.Therefore,this study starts with teachers' online behavior and evaluates teachers' education,teaching management and self-development.On the one hand,for schools and relevant departments,the feedback from the evaluation is the reasonable monitoring data of teachers' application of online learning space,which provides a certain factual basis for teachers' evaluation and award and school management;on the other hand,for teachers themselves,teachers can improve their own shortcomings according to the evaluation results.This paper mainly uses literature research method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to search related academic papers about online behavior analysis of online learning space and teacher information technology evaluation index system in recent ten years,select and study the existing literature,and explore the research rules and ideas.At the same time,we study the books related to the topic,draw the essence of theory,and then construct the evaluation indexsystem.First of all,the basic components of online learning space are studied,and the online behavior classification of teachers is analyzed and summarized.Secondly,according to the relevant documents and documents at home and abroad,we get four first level indicators and 12 second level indicators of the evaluation index system of teachers' online learning space based on online behavior analysis.Thirdly,the evaluation index system was revised by twice issuing and retrieving expert questionnaires.Finally,the evaluation index system is given weight by AHP,and the evaluation index system based on online behavior analysis is finally obtained.
