For more than forty years of reform and opening-up,China's economic development is rapid,complex strength of China is significantly increased,the standard of people's life become higher and higher.The party's 19 has proposed health in China,and The strategy health plan for 2030 raised to gradually narrow the basic health services and the differences of health level between the urban-rural residents,areas and people.By 2030,we try to reach the basic realization of health equity,the main health indicators enter to high-income countries.under this background,the research of health human capital investment the impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas in our country has a certain practical significance.Firstly,this paper collates and arranges the human capital theory and income distribution theory by referring to relevant literature and works,which are become the basic theories in this study.Secondly,this paper describes and analyzes the current situation of health investment in China from the level of individuals and government,from the national and provincial levels,we analyze the current situation of urban-rural income gap,and conduct a staged description analysis of the trend of income ratio between urban and rural residents in China from 1978 to 2018.Thirdly,this paper researches the internal mechanism which the health human capital investment and the health human capital investment gap impact on the urban-rural income gap by deducing the theoretical model.Later,we select the panel data of 31 provinces from 2004 to 2017 to do empirical analysis on the basis of above research,and fully consider the spatial agglomeration effect,In order to study the urban health human capital investment,rural health human capital investment and urban-rural health human capital investment gap impact on the income gap between urban and rural from this three aspects,we use Spatial Durbin Model.The empirical results are as follows:first,health human capital investment in urban has an inhibitory effect on narrowing the urban-rural income gap,and the inhibitory effect of the government is more significant.In terms of spatial effect,investment in urban health human capital has a positive spatial spillover effect on the income gap,while government healthy input has a negative spatial spillover effect.Second,Individual health human capital investment and government's human capital investment of in rural all have a negative correlation between the income gap of,which shows that both individual citizens and the government increasing health investment in rural areas is beneficial to reduce the income gap of urban-rural,on the space effect,both the government and individual health investment is negative spatial spillover effect;Third,the personal and government health human capital investment difference between urban and rural areas move together in the same direction,the smaller of the government health investment gap between urban and rural,the more significant role to reduce income gap,individuals and government health input are positive spatial spillover effect.in the end,this paper use promoting human capital health investment as the guidance,and put forward suggestions on narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.
