| Aerobics originated in the late 1970 s and flourished around the world after the 1980 s.With the improvement and development of the calisthenics,not only has the popular calisthenics been more and more popular all over the country,but also the results of our competitive calisthenics athletes are gradually in the forefront of the international competitive level.Since January 2017,competitive aerobics has officially implemented the 2017-2020 scoring rules promulgated by FIG.The scoring rules of this cycle have brought a lot of new tasks and challenges to the calisthenics.The detailed scoring mechanism makes the event more fair and just,and competitive aerobics has officially embarked on a new journey.In this paper,using the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,video analysis,the combination of 2017-2020 edition rule on the 15 th of competitive aerobics aerobics championship collective project before eight teams complete sets of content analysis,looking for a new cycle requirements of the development of athletic calisthenics,familiar with the current development trend of the international competitive aerobics collective project,know clearly the lack of complete set of movements,in time for the development of competitive aerobics collective project of complete sets of movements and the plait to provide the corresponding theoretical basis.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The 2017-2020 cycle of competitive calisthenics rules will shorten the time of the set of movements to 1 minute and 20±5 seconds,which will make the set of movements develop towards a more compact direction and improve the content and structure of the set.To stand out in the competition,the team project not only needs a variety of formation,but also the layout of the set of content to be more refined and novel.(2)Complete set of movements of lift down to 1,1.0 and give score to join A score,improve the operation in the lift,the importance of the complete set of the request lift movements make more appreciation and artistic quality,quantitative exercise and body content,requirements to hold the number of not less than eight,adds A + and G + scoring criteria,make A scoring system more reasonable.(3)Difficulty reduced from 10 to 9,the Chinese team collective project in the game to give full consideration to the premise of the athletes' physical fitness and physical quality and the reasonable distribution with difficulty movement,in the complete set of combination of difficulty action is no longer restricted category,and complete set of actions that can appear in three difficulty movement to connect,allow action skills involved in the difficult combination,this match the collective project A,B group of difficulty is reduced,the choice of more is given priority to with the difficulty of group C,combination is given priority to with group C and group A more difficult,the difficulty of the skills involved in motion is relatively small,space more to jump stop,jump down and push up the class to give priority to.(4)Complete action art value of height will directly affect the referees judge,arranges the improved this session of the Chinese art world championships,but fuck action choreography lack of subject element,arms and feet step is relatively single,difficulty in completing the choice but complete score highest of relatively low,complete quality is poorer.(5)Only difficulty points higher mixed doubles and three projects in China,in terms of quality of art layout and complete compared to Italy and Russia still has certain gap,which is the root cause of the brush with champion three projects in China,project champion five art layout and difficult points in our country is higher,but the complete quality relative to other countries,we still have some gap. |
