| Nowadays,terms such as "the second generation pet" and "the third generation parent" are often used to describe the second generation education.The reason lies in the intergenerational relationship between the grandparents who take care of the children.In the current family,the more common is "421","422" family education model.The way of education adopted by the elderly parents in the participation is influenced by traditional ideas and educational level,which is not only prone to family education disputes,but also easy to hinder the growth and development of children.In the long run,it has a profound impact on children's value construction and mental health.Therefore,this paper will take "grandparents' parents" as the object of study and carry out a practical research on their intergenerational education.In this study,we focused on the group of grandparents and parents living in the intergenerational education,and analyzed the problems through the findings of previous research on intergenerational education,combined with field survey,questionnaire interview,and participant observation.In the real understanding of the older generation of parents in the intergenerational parenting status at the same time to carry out needs assessment of the group members,Grandparents parents mainly show the spoil,such problems as lack of principles,excessive worry,backward.And the emotional support given by family members is not strong enough to support peer groups.Based on the theory of social support,the theory of empowerment and the theory of group dynamics,this paper adopts the development mode of group working method,and carries out design group activities on this basis to improve the intergenerational education mode of grandparents from multiple perspectives.After intervention,by measuring inspection team goal,task,a degree,the performance of the team members and feedback,the participation of social workers people watch record,after the scale of measurement data before and after comparison,found team work on intervention to improve parents grandparents every generation education problem has certain positive effect especially active consciousness stronger members.Paying attention to the emotional changes and individual needs of team members in the process of carrying out activities is more conducive to the sustainable development of the team.Retrospective process of the group work,the author can conclude that the reasons for the problems of the grandparents' education mode come from many aspects.From the personal perspective,it is the outdated concept,the lack of learning ability and communication skills caused by the restriction of the researchers' own years of education,followed by the imperfect social support system.Through the implementation of the project,the author hopes to help the service objects to upgrade and update their ideas,improve the way of education,and promote the unity of understanding between the grandparents,and choose the right way to teach.At the same time,it guides them to develop themselves,and enhances the ability of peer groups to help each other,interact with each other and solve problems and challenges independently.This study hopes to provide a referential working method to solve the problem of intergenerational education,To provide some effective education methods for parents who participate in intergenerational education,Then promote the grandparents to raise the level of joint efforts. |
