Based on the perspective of teaching design,in order to "number and algebra" field as an example,analyzing the characteristic of the elementary school mathematics MPCK novice teachers,to improve diagnosis and novice teachers for primary school mathematics teaching practice,perfect the elementary school mathematics novice teachers MPCK evaluation theory and technology,and improve the level of elementary school mathematics MPCK novice teachers,have important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper USES the method of literature research,text analysis and interview with teachers,select two elementary school mathematics inexperienced teachers in Shanghai as the research sample,with 4 classes in the field of "number and algebra" teaching design as an example,the construction of a elementary school mathematics inexperienced teachers MPCK analysis framework,and emphatically from the Angle of teaching design,interpret the basic characteristics of elementary school mathematics MPCK inexperienced teachers.The whole research process is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the focus of the research is to construct the MPCK analysis framework for new elementary school mathematics teachers by integrating the research methods of literature research and interview survey.The research focus of the second phaseLies in the selection of Shanghai X and S two inexperienced mathematics teachers in elementary school as the research sample,in Shanghai version of elementary school mathematics grade three top volume two topics in the field of "number and algebra" is "single digits and the three digit multiplication(0)at the end of" and "unit price,quantity,total price" as an example,the use of text analysis and teacher interviews and other research methods,mainly from the perspective of teaching design to interpret the specific characteristics of the elementary school mathematics inexperienced teachers MPCK.The results show that MPCK,a new primary school mathematics teacher,is generally at the "basic level",and is at the "basic level" in the three dimensions of mathematics subject knowledge(MK),mathematics teaching knowledge(PK)and students' mathematics learning knowledge(CK).In the dimension of mathematical subject knowledge(MK),elementary mathematics novice teachers have a basic grasp of specific subject knowledge and know little about the logical relationship between specific subject knowledge.In the dimension of mathematics teaching knowledge(PK),elementary mathematics novice teachers help students to break through the key and difficult teaching methods are appropriate,but provide students with a single evaluation and feedback;In the knowledge dimension of students' mathematics learning(CK),elementary mathematics novice teachers have limited understanding of students' existing mathematics knowledge and students' possible mistakes in mathematics learning.According to the above research conclusions,aiming at the problems existing in the MPCK characteristics of primary school mathematics novice teachers,this paper puts forward effective Suggestions from three aspects,namely,strengthening the learning of mathematics subject knowledge of normal university students,increasing the learning experience of novice teachers and deepening the understanding of students' mathematics learning knowledge.
