| With the in-depth understanding of students' learning subject status in the education field,students' learning experience is gradually valued.Improving students' learning experience is conducive to improving their learning enthusiasm and promoting their all-round development.As a special group of students,transfers are prone to negative and tired emotions in the process of learning due to their low level of understanding of their major before entering school.In this study,undergraduate students majoring in tourism were selected as the research object to investigate their learning experience.Through the related literature research,we find that scholars pay more attention to the learning experience of primary and secondary school students,and the learning experience of undergraduates is mostly focused on the related research of online classroom.Based on the humanistic education thought,taking the grounded theory as the research method,taking the transfers of tourism major as the research object,this paper explores the factors that affect the transfers' learning experience,aiming to enrich the relevant research of learning experience and transfers' training,and at the same time provide reference for improving the learning experience of undergraduates and teaching management of colleges and universities.This study adopts the method of in-depth interview to collect the interview data of 20 students majoring in tourism.Through open coding,principal coding and selective coding,45 initial categories,12 subcategories and 4 main categories are obtained.Finally,the core category of "influencing factors of learning experience of the transfers majored in tourism" is obtained based on the context of each category and the research theme of this study.Through the research,it is found that the factors that affect the learning experience of students in tourism major are mainly concentrated in four dimensions,namely,professional identity,individual factor,teacher factor and school factor.Among them,(1)professional identity factors include value cognition,professional cognition,result cognition and social cognition;(2)individual factors include learning motivation,learning ability and personal characteristics;(3)teacher factors are discussed from classroom teaching and non-teaching factors;(4)school factors involve teaching management,school cultural environment and resource conditions.The conclusion shows that professional identity,individual factors,teachers and schools can directly affect the adjustment of students' learning experience;professional identity and individual factors are internal factors affecting students' learning experience;teachers and schools are external factors affecting students' learning experience;and internal and external factors can interact with each other Influence.Finally,according to the various categories of the study,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve students' learning experience at the school and education management,teachers and students levels. |
