With the rapid development of information technology,the emergence of Internet and network media has changed the traditional mechanism of discourse power operation.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress : " Cultural confidence is a more basic,deeper and lasting force in the development of a country and a nation." College students are the backbone of realizing the dream of a powerful nation of the Chinese nation,and their cultural orientation has a great influence on the ideological trend of the country.With the rapid development of the network,the "post-90s" and "post-00" college students,as network aborigines,have experienced ideas in this technological revolution Baptism,the network,language let their ideas have a variety of changes,especially their free use of language in the network environment,so that their cultural identity has undergone profound changes.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities must stick to the network position,correctly understand the characteristics of college students' cultural identity from the perspective of the Internet,and formulate an effective path to cultivate college students' cultural identity.Firstly,this paper clarifies the concept of college students' cultural identity,and clarifies the time value of the subject research from the national,social and personal levels.Secondly,through the questionnaire,it quantitatively analyzes the cognitive evaluation status of college students' network language,which is mainly divided into cognitive evaluation of network neologisms,cognitive evaluation of network vulgar words,cognitive evaluation of network emoji,cognitive evaluation of network emoji,cognitive evaluation of network text titles and punctuation marks,and reveals the cultural recognition of college students from the language level.Finally,in order to reduce the negative effect of the use of network language on the cultural identity of college students,from the perspective of network language,the author puts forward the cultivation path of college students' cultural identity from three subjects:government as the main body,network new media,university as the main body to lead the construction of network culture system,network new media as the main body to strengthen the standard construction of network culture,university as the main body of education to create a new environment of network culture,under the joint efforts of these three main bodies to realize the network language to the network culture.The role of cultural identity cultivation of college students.
