The compulsory education physical education and health curriculum standard(2011 Edition)clearly requires that the compulsory education physical education and health curriculum should not only enhance the physical fitness of junior high school students,but also cultivate the courage and tenacity of junior high school students,so as to lay the foundation for junior high school students to participate in physical exercise for life.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper explores the current situation and differences of junior high school students' tough personality and physical exercise behavior,pays attention to the relationship between junior high school students' tough personality and physical exercise behavior,uses the methods of correlation and regression to reflect the positive explanation and prediction ability of physical exercise behavior to tough personality,and gives full play to physical education The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical significance of physical fitness,education and teaching functions of exercise behavior for the development of junior high school students' physical and mental health,so as to further improve the level of resilience personality of junior high school students and promote the development of physical and mental health of junior high school students.After analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:The physical exercise behaviors of junior high school students: intensity: most of the sports intensity of junior high school students are in medium intensity,accounting for 38.5%,boys are significantly higher than girls,and there are differences in gender dimensions,but according to the independent sample t test,there is no significance;frequency: the physical exercise behaviors of junior high school students are mostly concentrated in 3-4 times,boys are higher than girls,and in gender dimension There are differences,but not significant;time: the proportion of junior middle school students' physical exercise time in 31-60 minutes and more than 121 minutes is more than 1/2 and 1/3 of the total,boys' more 31-90 minutes of exercise time,girls' more concentrated reflection in 60 minutes;exercise amount: junior middle school students' physical exercise behavior is more concentrated in small exercise amount,accounting for 88.1%,more than the total number There was no significant difference in gender dimension.The resilience personality of junior high school students: in gender variables,the highest dimension of input is in descending order of resilience,control,challenge,boys are significantly higher than girls,the difference is not significant;in grade variables,the highest dimension of input is in seventh grade,in descending order of control,resilience,challenge,eighth grade,in descending order of resilience,control,challenge,ninth grade Grade 7's resilience personality is higher than grade 9's,and the difference is significant.in the onlychild variable,the non only child shows higher input and resilience than the only child,and the control and challenge dimensions are lower than the only child;On the variable of exercise quantity,there are significant differences in the resilience of junior high school students with different exercise quantity.With the increase of exercise quantity,the degree of influence on the resilience of junior high school students will also increase.Research on the relationship between junior high school students' tough personality and physical exercise behavior: junior high school students' physical exercise behavior and self-efficacy show the correlation with the level of tough personality,and show a close correlation coefficient among all dimensions;junior high school students' physical exercise behavior has a positive prediction and interpretation ability to the level of tough personality.From the R2 results,it can be seen that the multiple linear regression analysis of the two shows that the frequency,intensity and time of self-efficacy and physical exercise behavior enter the equation in turn,and the four jointly explain the variation of tough personality,indicating that self-efficacy and physical exercise behavior have a certain predictive effect on tough personality.
