The "teaching-learning-evaluation consistency" from the perspective of core literacy has brought profound changes to chemistry classroom teaching.To date there have been an abundance of researches on the concept of "teaching-learning-evaluation consistency" in China.However,the relevant empirical research is relatively rare.Therefore,how to strengthen the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation in the process of design,exploitation and implementation of high school chemistry teaching based on the core accomplishment cultivation goal is an urgent problem to be solved in practice.The research of this paper is based on teaching and learning theories such as constructivism learning theory,modern curriculum theory,and reverse instructional design theory.The research is aimed at developing the "teaching-learning-evaluationconsistency" teaching mode which emphasizes the core of quality oriented instead of "knowledge first".So this paper analyses teaching process,the design of teaching case,teaching model,perfecting teaching and evaluation system on the basis of clarifying what should be taught,how to teach,how to learn and how to evaluate in the high school chemistry class from the teaching design,implementation and evaluation.On the basis of practice summary,the author comes to the following conclusions:(1)carrying out "teaching-learning-evaluation consistency" teaching is conducive to the development of students' core literacy;(2)Carrying out "teaching-learning-evaluation consistency" teaching is conducive to the professional development of teachers.
