Objective:The practice of Zero Hours PE shows that exercise can promote students' learning ability and improve their cognitive level.But how much exercise does it take to improve students' cognitive abilities? There have been literature reports on the study of college students,but the author of the study on middle school students has not seen relevant reports.Middle school students,especially high school students in the period of learning the most difficult,the appropriate exercise can not only enhance its physique,the appropriate exercise can also promote and improve its intellectual level,and then improve its academic performance,but this can improve its cognitive ability of the "appropriate exercise" is how much? Therefore,this paper studies the exercise load domain to promote the cognitive function improvement of senior high school students.This study has a practical guiding role and reference value for guiding high school students to exercise,keep fit and strengthen brain.Methods:20 healthy students from Jiao Zhou Experimental Middle School in Shan Dong Province were randomly selected as subjects.In this study,running,the most common form of exercise,was used as a method of exercise intervention.In addition,employee's reaction time in the Stroop Color-Word Test in e-prime2.0 stimulus environment was used as an indicator for evaluation of executive brain control.In addition,employee's cognitive function was quantized in the Montreal cognitive Assessment(Mo CA).With Polar heart rate table(V800)heart rate and the amount of energy consumption evaluation tools for the motion,by comparing the different energy consumption quantity(0-325 kcal,differential is 25 kcal)running on high school after the immediate impact of brain cognitive function and its role(immediately after exercise,45 min after exercise,after exercise 100 min),for high school sports exercise of Optimal exercise load zone;On this basis,the immediate effects of different exercise intensity(low,medium and high)on brain cognitive function and its after-effects were further explored under the same energy consumption.Results analysis: Experiment 1: With the increase of energy consumption during exercise,the RPE value immediately after exercise also significantly increased,showing a linear correlation between the two changes.The Montreal cognitive assessment scale showed a reduction in energy consumption between 75 and 200 Kcal.After the energy consumption exceeded 75 Kcal,the reaction time of Stroop color-Word Test was gradually accelerated,and the reaction ability was improved to 225 Kcal,which was the most significant.After the energy consumption exceeds 75 Kcal,the response accuracy becomes an increasing trend,the response accuracy increases,and then decreases.These changes suggested that different indicators showed different responses,but in general,the most obvious responses were those immediately after exercise of 225 Kcal energy consumption.Therefore,the motion energy consumption of experiment 2 was determined to be 225 Kcal.The effect of exercise on cognitive function lasted for 45 min after exercise.By 100 minutes after exercise,the effects of exercise were no longer significant.Experiment 2: The energy consumed during each exercise was 225 Kcal,and 60% HRmax,70% HRmax and 80% HRmax were used for exercise intensity respectively.The results showed that the stroop test's immediate response was significantly shorter with an increase in the percentage of maximum heart rate.With the increase of exercise intensity,the score of Montreal cognitive assessment scale increased.However,the correct rate of Stroop test was the highest after moderate intensity exercise,and the correct rate decreased with the increase of exercise intensity.It was suggested that in the case of the same energy consumption,the higher the intensity,the better the cognitive function seemed to be.However,the response time was shortened but the accuracy was decreased after the high-intensity exercise.It shows that the changes of different cognitive function indicators are inconsistent.All in all,moderate intensity exercise seems more reasonable.These changes were observed 45 minutes after exercise and 100 minutes after exercise.Conclusion:(1)The Stroop Color-Word Test was used to evaluate cognitive function,and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score was inconsistent in response to exercise.(2)Among the cognitive function changes evaluated according to the response time of Stroop Color-Word Test,it was suggested that running with each exercise energy consumption of about225 Kcal could effectively promote the cognitive function improvement of high school students.(3)Based on the consumption of 225 Kcal energy,in the cognitive function changes evaluated according to the reaction time of Stroop Color-Word Test,it is suggested that moderate and high-intensity exercise is more effective in promoting the improvement of cognitive function of high school students.
