| With the deepening reform of China's economic freld,and the optimization of industrial structure transformation,the demand for technology-applied talents is increasing.As a result,in recent years,higher vocational education in China presents the unprecedented momentum of development.The comprehensive quality of college graduates in higher vocational colleges is related to the economic and social employment quality,so it is more and more important to assume the responsibilities of the counselors who are responsible for the ideological and political quality education and comprehensive quality training of higher vocational college students.The counselor team construction is also more and more get the attention of the national ministry of education and the related departments.The State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education have issued a series of documents and instructions related to college students 'ideological and political education and college counselors,which have made higher demands on the work of counselors.Strengthening the construction of counselors,improving the quality and overall working level of counselors,constructing the scientific performance evaluation system and assessment system of counselors are an important subject to strengthen the construction of college counselors' ranks.However,at present,many colleges and universities have not perfected the performance appraisal system of the counselors' group.Many just take the counselor as a branch of teacher,but neglect the special work of Counselors,Or the performance appraisal system can not comprehensively measure the actual work of them,the assessment process is often a formality,the use of evaluation results did not achieve the due results,these to a certain extent have all attacked instructor's work enthusiasm,has hindered the instructor troop overall quality promotion.Especially in higher vocational colleges,because of their own teacher level is slightly lower than the undergraduate institutions,the management system is not perfect,and therefore,the higher vocational college counselor performance Appraisal system construction needs to be strengthened.This paper takes NT vocational and technical College as an example,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of the counselors in this college,from two aspects of the theory of performance appraisal and the theory of Counselor system,introduces and analyses the present situation and problems of the evaluation of counselors in NT vocational and technical College,and analyzes the problems and causes of the current assessment method of NT vocational and technical College.Based on the practice of college counselors,the author designs a new system of the performance appraisal for the NT vocational and technical College counselors.After deep analysis and research,In the course of designing the performance appraisal system of the counselors,the counselor's performance appraisal needs not only the direct leadership of the counselor's team,the participation of the two-level college,but also the functional department,the joint participation of colleagues and students,which form the different examination subjects for the counselors' performance appraisal.The different examination main body should have the emphasis on the indicator setting on the counselor's examination.After the results of the assessment,we should make the counselors aware of performance appraisal results and make improvements through performance feedback interview.The school level should also be the implementation of the performance evaluation of instructors and apply the counselor performance appraisal results to the personnel management and the counselor team construction. |
