Research On Beauvoir's Female Other Thought

Simone DE Beauvoir(1908-1986),a famous French feminist philosopher,was a representative thinker in the 20 th century and one of the pioneers of women's liberation.During her lifetime,she wrote a large number of novels,theoretical works,travel notes,memoirs and plays,etc.Her compact creation cycle and a variety of works also show the diversity of her thoughts.Based on Beauvoir women he thought as the research object,try to put the thought in the background of western philosophy and traditional western feminism,analyzes its existential theory,ecology theory and feminist criticism,and further induces and summarizes Beauvoir women he thought the theory connotation,promoting women he thought of the theory construction.Taking Beauvoir's thought of female other as the object of study,this paper tries to apply this thought to western philosophy and traditional Western feminism,and analyzes it in combination with her existentialist philosophy,feminism and ecological thought,so as to further study Beauvoir's thought of female other.This paper summarizes the theoretical content of Beauvoir's female other thought and promotes the theoretical construction of female other thought.Beauvoir's thought of female other was deeply influenced by Hegel and Sartre.With the help of the analysis and exposition of the concept of the other in the dialectics of master slave and the ontological thought,Beauvoir elicits her own views on the female other.Secondly,Beauvoir discusses the theoretical connotation of "women are the other" from the perspective of thinking structure,and explains the phenomenon of women becoming the other and the process of women becoming the other step by step from the four contexts of "judgment","opposition","identification" and "iteration".At the same time,it discusses a series of characteristics of female otherness and reveals its origin.Beauvoir's argument that women are the other shows her deep concern for the fate of women.Finally,Beauvoir also pointed out the realistic way for women to get rid of the status of others and realize their own value.The contemporary enlightenment of Beauvoir's female other thought is that it provides a favorable ideological weapon to solve the problem of Chinese women,and also makes a great contribution to the deepening of Chinese feminist thought.
