In face of the rapid development of computer application technology and software development capabilities,extensive application of information management system of small and medium-sized enterprises.With China's railway construction to speed up the pace,the growing market of rail transportation equipment,locomotive accessories sales order multiplied.But at the same time the company sales management in the traditional processing stage,multi-sectoral cannot meet orders data sharing,query,track,monitor,and other functions.So according to the specific needs of the company sales management,design a set of sales management information system,introducing information technology sales management link,in order to improve the sales management work efficiency and rapid response capability.This article through studies at home and abroad on the sales management system of some enterprises have implemented the mature technology,combined with their own learning,based on the company's business practice,to make about the company's sales management information system design and implementation of a preliminary study.First analysis of the defects in the company sales management,through to the sales management of a detailed analysis of the actual business demand and function modeling,put forward the solution of the system.Then the whole functions of the system modules and functions of each part has carried on the detailed design.According to the system design content,through the various technical implementation.The research is based on C/S three layer structure,the core technology such as Oracle,AJAX,established a set for the company's sales management information system,the system including sales process analysis,job analysis,function analysis,and the system module design and function realization,especially for the main customer plant machine company,designed the special receipt management functions.The system innovation to realize the sales information in the whole process of the automatic generation,sales order tracking,mainly large quick response of customer demand,improve and supply timely rate performance rate of booking farming,the knowledge of order dynamic,real-time and maximum save inventory,sales link the rapid interaction of information,reduce the employee's work intensity and workload,provide effective tools for business decision makers.System implementation after tests showed that the program is running smoothly,the result is good,shows the effectiveness and correctness of the design theory and design method.
