| Community correction system is to make use of community resources the floorboard of the non-confinement penalty execution system of the reform of prisoners without criminals and social isolation.The system is beneficial to prevent and reduce crime again,to safeguard social stability.Today's society,computer network,communication and multimedia technology develop by leaps and bounds,the construction of information system of community correction,the widely using of the information technology in community correction work,promoting the work to the direction of intelligent,efficiency and development of community correction is the necessity of the development.Community correction information system is a set of community correction routine "informatization,standardization and intelligent" in the integration of high efficiency management platform,through the mobile phone positioning technology,the system can dynamicly manage the community inmates,through the voiceprint recognition system,it can identify community inmates to evade the man-machine separation,at the same time,it contains perfect community inmates electronic archives,query statistics function,the daily management of community inmates,the community inmates all-weather track management and standardization of information management.It makes the community correction regulatory from "defense by person" to " defense by technology ".Through study of the domestic and foreign community correction system,from the actual needs of the community correction,the positioning technology and the electronic monitoring technology is applied to community correction work.the information system of community correction is designed to monitor the community correction object position and the informatized management of the archives and assessment.The key technology of the system includes the selection of location technology,man-machine separation problem solving,and encryption technology,etc.The system has the functions of "regional management,information interaction,warning advises,examination management,file management",and other functions,It is with great significance to ensure the normal efficiently order of the management of community correction.This article mainly made the following research and design work: 1,according to the working process of community correction,and practical,puts forward the information system of community correction design goals,makes clear about the architecture of the system.2,designed the function of system in detail based on positioning technology,focus on correction of personnel positioning,file management,education,evaluation and decision analysis for the design and display.3,introduced the core technology of positioning technology and algorithm.Emphasize positioning technology principle and algorithm.Since it is only a short decades for the community correction system in our country spreadingfrom the pilot to the comprehensive promotion,and there is no experience to learn for the information management system of community correction.In this paper,the little information can learn and reference,but innovations are many,including a mobile phone positioning monitoring technology and the use of the man-machine separation technology.This paper also has reference value for the research on other location-based services(LBS)system'. |
