Earthquake disaster has the chance,the influence range is big,the serious threat to people's life and property safety,causing heavy casualties and property losses.Human beings are unable to prevent the occurrence of the earthquake disaster,but it can reduce the loss of the earthquake disaster to a minimum.Earthquake disaster prevention system is the main measure to reduce the damage caused by earthquake disaster.This article through to in Guizhou Province as the main body of the karst area geological background of the earthquake disaster,building resist earthquake ability present situation carries on the analysis,in order to enhance the Karst Rural earthquake safety level,and comprehensively improve the rural disaster area social service ability construction in karst area of rural earthquake disaster prevention system based on.This article is based on the actual situation of rural areas in Karst,the existing earthquake disaster prevention theory and practice experience,and existing network and information technology,based on the existing scientific and technological achievements of the Seismological Bureau,based on communication network,measurement,computer,professional equipment and other advanced technology,in-depth development of rural areas,information processing,information service three levels of research and design.The main research design and implementation are as follows:First,through this article,karst rural areas provide earthquake disaster prevention data customization and service sharing,orderly rural buildings to resist earthquake disaster electronic,standardized management,popularization and application of earthquake disaster prevention data,expanding rural areas for earthquake disaster prevention based information is used in the depth and breadth of,so as to improve the ability of using information.Second,through the village site evaluation function module design and implementation,technology integration in the query site gives a comprehensive seismic safety assessment help rural housing construction background of seismic activity and the understanding of resist earthquake parameters and local site conditions,seismic energy amplification effect and earthquake disaster risk level,proposed for the regional rural residential site comprehensive treatment program and suggestion for choosing the location.Third,through the rural housing earthquake disaster evaluation function module design and implementation,develop standard specification for design,functional module,operation information and output information,the designed system can better reflect the rural residential earthquake social security service quality and effect will change due to the design of broughtabout by the lack of technical service design provisions is random,the operation is not strong wait for blemish,for rural housing seismic capacity evaluation,to resist the earthquake disaster,the development of villages and towns and provide scientific reference basis.Fourth,through the design and implementation of rural residential seismic safety technology service function module,to further improve the awareness of rural defense earthquake disaster,improve the ability of rural residential earthquake disaster prevention.Finally,through the design and Realization of the rural residential network consulting function module,the information query of the earthquake disaster,the query of earthquake disaster,the safety technology information service,the training of the workers,the information of the document and the dynamic information exchange,and provide the professional technical service for the earthquake disaster prevention in rural areas.
