With the further development of society economy,collecting information and using knowledge has become one of the basic motivations,and one of the basic characteristics in the information age.As a consequence,the enterprises put more emphasis on data collection,data management and data analysis,which include a great deal of semi-structured and unstructured information.Moreover,as a carrier of information and knowledge,document management becomes the important mark of the information revolution.Computer technology is indispensable for the information construction to realize the information acquisition and knowledge mining.At the same time,the IT industry focuses on datab ase technology,mass data storage and document security.Now,the enterprise document management is becoming even more important,as the semi-constructed and unstructured information documents increase quickly.If there were perfect,scientific and valid d ocument management systems,the enterprises can reduce management workload in documents reorganizing and finding.According to market requirements at present and in future,there are some deep questions of enterprise document management.This paper considers a survey of some document management systems,including Research Online produced by CSTNET,Leon document management system,HOLA enterprise content management system and KASS document management system,etc.In this paper,according to the current situ ation and the trend of enterprise document management,the safe document management system for mass data is proposed for the problems that exist in these systems.This paper dedicates to the design and development of an Internet-based and integrated platform,consisting of document upload,download,edit,sort,area control,security control,and document statistical analysis and other functions.Using the platform can effectively reduce manpower and documentation management material costs,thereby enhancin g the efficiency of the administrative office and business processes.This paper based on software engineering development procedures.According to the investigating and analysis in business requirement,I carried out the system function modules,system de velopment architecture and the database.And clearly identified hierarchical structure of the system as well as the functional interfaces between modules.And then gradually refined and implemented the system.Finally,to ensure that the system's safety and stable,each module has been tested for the relevant function.The platform uses three layers B / S(Browser / Server)structural model,basis on MVC framework,and utilizes the top-down model in requirement analysis.And it is designed by the J2 EE.Oracle database provides a strong and stable support environment.In addition,the platform uses a hierarchical model,and is based on the WEB.
