Wireless local area network(WLAN)is a wireless connection by one or more AP for users to surf the Internet,and can realize network resource sharing.If this LAN is connected to the external network,it can provide web surfing,remote data transmission,video,email and other services.In recent years,with the high-speed development of intelligent terminal,the function of user terminals is becoming more and more powerful.Customers' demand for high-speed data businesses are also increasingly urgent.To satisfy the needs of users,reduce the bearing pressure of the wireless network,considering the WLAN technology has convenient installation,easy to network planning and adjustment,fault location easily,and is also an important supplement of the wireless network,therefore the three major domestic carriers have accelerated to promote the construction of WLAN network.The problems of WLAN construction,practical application and later optimization have been caused with the high-speed of WLAN construction,such as,site selection unreasonable,AP equipment laying too much,too dense and too large interference,it make the user experience decline.How to solve these problems,and optimize the existing network has become a hot topic of current research.The currently existing WLAN optimization tools have its shortcomings.It does not reflect device usage in real-time,especially for users' complaints,test engineers need to arrange for testing with professional testing equipment,so such tools are passive,time-consuming and laborious.And these tools can't view users' businesses,can't distinguish high-value businesses and low-value businesses,and can't analyze users' behavior.In today's era of big data,analyzing user behavior and high-value businesses are very important,it can provide strong support for the operator's precision marketing,so these optimization tools can't meet the actual needs of the operator.For the above cases,designing and realizing an optimization system,which can automate monitoring WLAN network quality and user behavior,on the basis of operators' actual needs.The system uses modular software architecture,and is divided into three modules: one is the collection and decoding of data,with the latest ten-gigabit capture technology;the second is the analysis and statistics of data,with distributed computing and storage of RAID;the last is to show data,with the most popular three-tier architecture.To enhance the usability and reliability of the system,it uses a variety of data mining algorithms.According to the requirements of operators,the optimization system was tested.Experimental results showed that this system not only monitor the network equipment in real-time,but also timely to find out causes for customer complaints,and improve the user experience of using the network.The system can also analyze the user's behavior and preferences,and provide a reliable basis for operators to promote business.
