At present,maintaining hannony and stability of network has become one of the important routines of public security organs.The construction of public opinion monitoring and command system of Wuwei municipal public security bureau,as an important part of internet management work,plays an active and promoting role in internet management work of public security organs.On this background,this thesis discusses the construction of public opinion monitoring and command system of Wuwei municipal public security bureau.The main contents and contributions of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)Analysis issues to be solved in public opinion monitoring and command system,Establishment of the system construction target,construction and design the system's framework and system structure,programming the system's function and establishment of software and hardware environment and security policies in developing designing and deploying the system.(2)Analyzing and discussing the means of data organization and management in public opinion monitoring and command system and designing its data structure.(3)Discussion the design of public opinion's collection,processing,analysis and management,and designing and implementation of the key functions of algorithm in detail.
