Design And Implementation Of College Asset Management Information System Based On B/S

With the rapid development of China higher education,the using scale of the fixed assets become more and more complex and difficult to manage.Especially with the consolidation and adjustment of interscholastic internal logistical,financial,personnel and other reform deepening,fixed asset management for institutions of higher education has put forward a higher requirement.In order to enhance asset management more effectively,considering the actual situation of Guangdong Teachers College,this paper design ed and developed a B/S-based asset information management system which applies to institutions of higher learning.This paper innovatively introduced the role based access control in the university asset management system,and asset management departments at all levels of permissions has been assigned roles,avoiding the old system not appear ing assignment clearly and the phenomenon of unauthorized operation,while the bar code used in the past has upgrade into scan ning,printing,decoding and recording based on two-dimensional code.On one hand,two-dimensional code stor es more information than the bar code,which means st oring more complete asset management information recording,on the other hand,it only needs to install a two-dimensional code API for applications into the smart phone to complete the inquiry and record asset information.So the efficiency of asset query has been improved,but also the cost of purchasing scanning equipment has been saved.Universities asset management information systems of this study use d the popular B/S software architecture,MVC development model and JSP programming language to design a nd develop,and select ed Oracle as the back-end database.Combined with a college's actual asset management needs,the registration of assets,recipients,procession,scrapping,handling,inventory analysis of the entire process is designed to achieve the function modules of acquisition management,asset budget management,asset registration and management,asset inventory management,asset maintenance management,but also provides flexible reporting and analysis,integrated query,statistical analysis,convenient and efficient network management and real-time query.Finally,an efficient convenient system has reached the goal of universities asset fine management with data visualization,communication visualization and asset management visualization.
