Cognitive radio technology can be introduced into cognitive radio sensor network,forms the Cognitive Radio Sensor Network,which can effectively reduce the ISM channel interference,improve spectrum efficiency.In order to maximize the spectrum utilization,two key issues must be resolved:spectrum sensing and dynamic spectrum allocation,spectrum sensing fundamental goal is to find spectrum holes,and the dynamic spectrum allocation problem is to settle the problem of how reasonable and efficient allocate spectrum resource to cognitive users after spectrum sensing.Based on the background of CRSN,in this paper,we study the energy-aware spectrum sensing mechanism and spectrum allocation problem,and put forward the innovative solution algorithm,then carried out the detailed theoretical analysis and simulation.In energy-saving spectrum sensing mechanism,mainly considering under the correlated shadow fading channel,the correlation between sensors affects cooperative sensing performance and the efficiency of resource use,so we can choose the optimal,minimal sensors to participate spectrum sensing so as to save energy;while in the spectrum allocation,taking into account access to different channels have different benefits,and the rationality of resource allocation,reliability and validity as well.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.Analysis and compared existing spectrum sensing and allocation algorithm in CRSN.2.We put forward a related cooperation under the shadow fading channel perception sensor selection algorithm.Under correlated log-normal shadow fading channel,the correlation between sensors affect the performance of the cooperative spectrum sensing.Therefore,a method based on Singular Value Decomposition is adopted in this paper,under the condition of the system false alarm probability and the probability of detection performance constraints,can not only find out how many sensors are not related,but also can find which sensors are not related.So we can select the least and the optimal sensors participate cooperation spectrum sensing,thereby reducing the spectrum sensing energy,The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm..3.To address the frequency spectrum resource allocation problem,we present a spectrum allocation algorithm based on trust and MAB mechanism.in this paper,we combine learning mechanism with technologies for multi-armed bandit problem,to learn reward distribution of each channel by simulating negotiation.Finally,combine the trust model with the maximum reward distribution to select the best channel,and ultimately to maximum the utilization of the spectrum,and the simulation.
