Routine management is the base of enterprise steady de velopment.Traditional enterprises always use paper documents in whole routine management process.But using paper documents is easy to be lost,be distorted;And the delivery process is redundancy and slow.Since the birth of computer,more and more enter prises began to use computer and network to instead of paper documents to finish routine management of the enterprise.I designed daily business management system in Visual studio 2008,and the functions include files management,vehicles management,property management,meeting management,duty management,accidents management.Every part of the function can be looked through,added,deleted,updated and searched etc.This system is easy to realize,user-friendly,easy to use,safe performance,strong expansibility and easy to maintain.This paper has the following results:Get the analysis of the system design requirements,clarify the structure and the organization of the system,clarify the development objectives of the system,the difficulties of system development were also clarified.Introduction related technologies,including databases,software development framework and development platform.From the user's requirements,analysis of the system development problems to be solved;adaptability and ver satility proposed system requirements,so as to define the overall framework of the system development;to analyze the feasibility of this project,will clear up the development objectives;put forward the overall scheme of the system layout and design ideas,the way of database storage design made clear the function and structure of the system ultimately to be achieved.Besides,this paper also designing the method of background DBMS,including data collecting,access and operation mode,and completeness c heck.Establishing every function part of the system design,and showing the flow chart.Designing the entrance of the main interface and every function interface of the system.Designing the information management and operation for all windows,achieved t he target of the system function and exchange operation requirements of each business module.Finally,this paper also shows the test results,including link test,display interface test and functional test system.Through the test,the system is achieved the requires of daily business management basically.The according to the actual needs of the enterprise on the basis of the original office management system on the system to adjust and perfect,to good interface and computer centralized processing instea d of in the past the old manual processing business,enterprises of all operations are to achieve automation and information storage of science of science,practicality and integrity,and mobility;internal and external file to achieve a paperless transfer,electronic office not confined in the office computer,initially with mobile office functions.Due to its advantages in the course of the trial,flexible customization process,a variety of document templates and template information,extended system configuration,man-machine interaction is very friendly and easy to with,business leaders and recognized by the users,and make the enterprise gradually transition to a paperless office,efficient,environmental protection and energy saving.
