Public Bicycle System Research And Implementation Based On Genetic Algorithm

With the rapid development of social economy,many countries continue to use the energy intensively so that the environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious.To protect the environment,many cities in China has launched the program of green city.By developing innovation-oriented transportation,those cities not onl y protect the environment but also meet the needs of people.The primary choice at home and abroad of the means of transportation which has no pollution,high convenience and lower cost is bicycle.Bicycle has many characteristics,such as simplicity of operation,high flexibility and environmental conservation.However,th e number of public bicycles cannot meet the demand of people in big cities because of the huge population.So how to lent and dispatch those public bicycles efficiently is demanding prompt solution.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of rental system which can make the rental of public bicycle more reasonable and provide intelligent services to the public.In this paper,J2 EE technology was adopted and integrated into the public r ental bicycle system through the three frames of Struts,Hibernate,and Spring.And the system was also layered reasonably by adopting MVC framework.In addition,in order to solve the problem of managing the bicycle,this paper made a bicycle managing algorithm with the foundation of genetic algorithm,which was demonstrated to be fitted for data in this paper by the comparisons between the current common algorithm and the genetic one.All in all,this paper firstly analyzed the demands of the rental bicycle system,then established and analyzed three characters by cases,and made a description of the main business process of this system.Secondly,it made an introduction of the structures in this system,respectively including software structure design and network structure design.Finally,this paper finished the public rental bicycle system with the help of demand analysis,systematic design,and the rental service model based on the genetic algorithm.In addition,the public bicycle rental system based o n genetic algorithm makes the work of service management more intelligent,convenient and efficient.At present,the public bicycle rental system has been put into use.The system is stable and expandable so that it greatly improves the efficiency of sched uling work,and reduce the cost of management.The system is proved of high availability.
