Research And Application Based On Workflow

Since the concept "intensive management,lean management" was put forward,it has been recognized and adopted by many companies,the reason is that the essence of the management idea is using all kinds of technology,different task allocation and the least cost to achieve the highest efficiency,to achieve a balance between the cost and benefit.The generation of workflow technology provides the technical support for the enterprise to realize the concept of intensive management.The use of workflow technology and outstanding modeling method can greatly improve the company's working efficiency,economize the enterprise operation cost,optimize enterprise resource allocation,so the meaning of the research for workflow and related technologies is very important.This paper introduces the workflow,related technologies,the research status of workflow at home and abroad,summarizes the merits and demerits of the popular workflow engine firstly.And then it gives the detailed contrast analysis on the jBPM4 and jBPM5 from the whole structure,design idea and so on.It puts porward spread to jBPM4 from three points.According to the software engineering idea,using the existing workflow engine jBPM4,redeveloping the jBPM4 workflow engine and combined with SSH framework,this paper designs and implements the workflow management system,and gives a detailed description of the system structure,general design,detailed design and realization way.The system provides graphical design interface that based on web of process modeling web for the users.It can control the operation on the process,and realizes the query and display function on the process instance's basic information,it can monitor state of process operation,and record the history of process instance's operation information.The workflow management system is verified by the Conference Room Manangement System.
