Design And Implementation Of College Graduates File Management System Based On Workflow Technology

According to the current problems existed in college graduates,making full use of information technology is to build a Web-based file management system for college graduates,and a platform for graduate school-related management and the employers.The application of workflow technology drives relevant processes and solves a lot of serious issues like onerous process acquisition of information.,which can greatly promote the efficiency of graduate records management.This thesis discusses current problems of college graduates in the presence of business processes of records management,analyzes the reason for the lacking of information exchange and multi-platform sharing.By analyzing the main business processes and systems requirements,the clear function and performance of system should be stated.For college graduates file management features,it extends the traditional workflow engine model,increases scalable plug-node container module,enabling the system to extend the workflow engine processing capacity based on actual demand.To take full advantage of the graduates file data and raise the employment rate,graduates' intelligent recommendation algorithm for the personnel requirements is proposed based on dynamic factors.According to the employers'requirements to talented people and the index ability of graduates themselves,the algorithm can help the employer automatically recommend the most appropriate graduates staff,who strives to make full use of their fortune,which can achieve a double winning between graduates and employers.On this basis,it introduces the functional architecture,logical and physical structure of the overall program design.The thesis is based on Web and Silverlight technologies,it makes use of ASP.NET platform to achieve the main function of the system.College graduates file management system is based on workflow technology,not only provides the adding,deleting,updating,and some other functions basic file information,but also enables a automatic transference system among the different actors of business processes,and improves file management efficiency.Meanwhile,the intelligent recommendation algorithm based on dynamic factor takes full advantage of the data of graduates file resources,can help improve the rate of university employment.The design and the development of the system can effectively improve the level of my graduate school records management as well as work efficiency,especially its intelligent recommendation function,which is much more helpful to the employment of graduates.This system has been favorably reviewed by graduates and employers.
