The fast development of the society and economy need many high quality talents.As the important bases to culture the high quality talents for all industries,the universities should strengthen the quality education to improve the students'synthesis quality to meet the need of the society and units.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council encouraged constructing the evaluation system for the students' qualities and improving the scientific level of the measurement and evaluation in The Decision on The Deepening the Education Reform to Comprehensive Promote of Quality Education.Vocational educational occupies the important position in higher education,compared to undergraduate students,vocational students' theoretical basis is relatively weak,self-discipline ability is poor,but the social intercourse ability,relatively strong in the operating practice,the design is suitable for the group's comprehensive quality assessment system and implement the relevant assessment system to promote higher vocational students'self-development and improve the teaching quality of higher vocational college education and help the employer to obtain the suitable talent,It has important realistic significance.Treating the Guangxi Education Department research item The Network Platform of the Students' Synthesis Quality Evaluation Based on the Cluster as the background,Firstly,treating the Module Tyler as the core,and covering four first-class index,respectively the major study quality,the ideological and character quality,Physical and mental health quality,the scientific and technological humanities quality,this thesis raises a system raises the system for the students'synthesis quality evaluation,can effectively solve the problem of evaluation standard for higher vocational students,which is a representative in the evaluation work in Higher Vocational Colleges.Secondly,the thesis raises the core technology that can realize the evaluation system that containing the key knowledge,including the B/S architecture,database technology and clustering algorithm,mainly introduces the classical algorithm K-means algorithm.Finally,this thesis has solved the implementation issues of the evaluation system for the vocational college students' synthesis quality,and finished the many work on the system analysis,system designing,system achievement and system test.This thesis designs and implements a based on B/S structure of on-line system that is composed by nine subsystem,namely the basic data maintenance,students' attendance,the students'awards,the study management,conduct quality assessment,synthesis quality evaluation,study cluster,psychological tests and employment.The thesis also analyzes deeply the system of data mining technology in the application of students'comprehensive quality evaluation result;students' comprehensive quality evaluation result clustering module's function,this module introduces the data digging technology to cluster some key indexes of the student's qualities on-line and realizes the effective determination on the qualities classes.The comprehensive quality of the college students of four classes of evaluation sample data as an example to test the system,system operation is stable,the student clustering part function in normal operation,provide a scientific basis for their classification and appraisal,receive each department counselor,teacher's welcome and praise.The realization of the system make the students' manager can grasp the students' comprehensive quality and classification,to guide students to improve their comprehensive quality,work plays the role of guiding for the cultivation of talents.
