With the continuous development and expansion of universities in our country and the gradual deepening of reforms in vocational colleges,a better service and higher efficiency in the office have become a solid requirement by the development of market economy to vocational colleges.Previously,documents in vocational colleges were going through inefficient and redundant approval procedures as various procedures might involve different sections,which may be located in different places.Meanwhile,campus notices were issued,conveyed and publicized manually in a very slow and hard way.However,it could also be hard to follow up a notice or trace it if it were done by telephones or other means of telecommunication.If there is an online office system,coordinated approvals of administrative procedures,rapid publicity of notices and sharing of information will be very convenient.Due to the above-mentioned status quo and reasons,a coordinated office system is in great need in vocational colleges.This coordination office system of Vocational College uses the object-oriented programming techniques J2EE of the Java language platform enterprise edition in technology and combinates the XML language standard.In this system,the communication scheme uses HTTP,TCP/IP protocol and B/S system architecture model.This system is also layered according to the userlayer,application layer and data layer three logical layered hierarchical system specification.The data storage used the Oracle database and the deployment platform is Linux operating system.This system is precisely designed in access control and log records.For a system based on above technical scheme,the system achieves the advantages of the high efficiency development,low degree,strong stability,high stability,maintainability and security.This passage is to illustrate how to achieve the ultimate function of the system in accordance with the standard procedures,which including as follows:to research and analyse on the basis of demands,to design,develop and test the system before put to use online.According to the actual business needs of college,the system had the function such as the workflow process and the custom form.The user that had system administrator privileges could quickly define the internal need approval process through this function module.The common user could perform drafting,approving and cooperative processing.This system also provides the other functions such as system management,document management,announcement,e-mail features.Based on these functions and computer's strong information data processing and network transmission,this system realizes the data sharing and information publishing and transferring online.By applying this system,it has promotive effect on the development of the whole school,such as it can standard the management mode,reduce the administrative cost,improve the quality of service,optimize the intra-college communication,enhance work efficiency.
