Design And Implementation Of The Social Assistance Information Management Platform Based On ASP.NET

With the rapid development of social economy,the scope an d form of social assistance gradually changes,which brings new difficulties and challenges.The old way of social assistance and social assistance management software has been unable to meet the new social assistance needs gradually.Building a new web-based information management platform of social assistance has become an important means to enhance the quality of social assistance services,can help to deepen e-government construction and maintain social harmony and stability.Online social assistance information management platform can strengthen communications between the civil affairs departments at all levels,reduce the difficulty of information exchange between departments,reducing administrative overhead of staff,improv ing work efficiency and servicing quality of civil affairs departments.In this paper,we have studied the research status of social assistance information management,and use the object-oriented design to develop an online social aid information management system to solve the disadvantages of the corresponding defect management software of civil affairs by using ASP.NET and MySQL.The system is based on the basic needs of social assistance,and consists of rescuing transaction subsystem,financial management subsystem,transaction regulation subsystem,alarm monitoring subsystem,information exchange subsystem,statistics decision subsystem.The system realizes the functions of online registration,online application and approval,real-time online inquiry,real-time disbursement of funds and so on,solves the problems of disjointed application and approval,data exchange,and delayed disbursement of funds,makes the civil work more scientific,more informational,more efficient.The front of the system uses the popular ASP.NET architecture,which has excellent performance and good scalability and stability,and the background uses the MySQL database management software to manage the database,which can reduce the expenses and make full use of the advantages of MySQL query performance,making the system possess excellent performance and complete functions.The System functional test demonstrates that the system can fully meet the functional design of information management needs of social assistance.The permission test displaysthe system has a high degree of safety and reliability.The performance test shows the system has excellent performance,batch queries and statistics executes quickly.
