| Because of RFID technology using rf signal transmission characteristics and spatial coupling characteristics,can realize automatic identification of the item,so the RFID technology is introduced into the warehouse management can improve the warehouse management efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and increase the efficiency of management and operation of enterprises and efficiency.However,in practice,the RFID technology,there are some unsolved technical difficulties,and these problems have greatly restricted the development of RFID technology。The current RFID research mainly around the RFID technology standard,the cost of RFID tags,key techniques of RFID and RFID application system,and other aspects.Among them,the RFID key technologies include: working frequency selection,RFID antenna design,collision,security issues,low power consumption。Because of the ability of fleetly logging and processing of article information,and its feature of convenient operation,high safety,rapid response,RFID technology has been widely used in many fields.Taking a Warehouse Logistics System as application background,the design and implementation of RFID based tag reader is presented in this paper.The achievements of this paper consist of three points:(1)Hardware design of the tag reader is done.Firstly,Schematic diagrams of microprocessor circuit,power management circuit,boot select circuit,flash circuit,memory circuit,clock circuit,Ethernet interface circuit,debug interface circuit and SD card driver circuit are designed.Secondly,eight constructions in the design of PCB and arrangement of wire are discussed.Lastly,PCB domain and physical map are introduced.(2)Software design of the tag reader is done.Firstly,development tools are installed,and hardware environments are configured.Secondly,API function is secondly packaged.Lastly,client program and server program are developed.(3)System tests are done.In order to test the performance of the system,test scene is set up.And test results demonstrate that the system can rapidly and accurately read the label information. |
