| Because of its unique non-contact and ability to identify multiple characteristics of the object,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology is being increasingly used in supply chain,logistics,transportation,security and other fields.The management level of warehouse could be improved because of the introduction of RFID which can realize automatic data acquisition.Introduction of RFID is one of the development directions of modern warehouse management.This thesis takes the warehouse management of the third party logistics as research subject,describes and analyzes its problems,such as low efficiency of data acquisition,the low level of information technology.Then proposes the introduction of RFID and the warehouse management information system based on RFID is put forward.This thesis mainly does research about the pattern of RFID application in warehouse,the system framework and the information flow.On the base of this,it designs the information system and realizes its function module.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the paper analyzes the basic process of warehouse management.The application of RFID technology in the system is proposed,because of the existence of the problem of the warehouse management.It combines the actual business application mode of a large warehouse,optimizes the storage management business process,analyzes the basic functional requirements and performance requirements of the system.Then this paper designs the overall framework of the warehouse management system based on RFID technology.The integration strategy of warehouse management system and RFID technology are analyzed,the information flow model and the physical model of the system are studied.In this framework,the focus of the anti collision algorithm based on RFID storage management business,select the PD-ALOHA algorithm applied to the system's anti.Finally,using the C# programming language to realize the system,the paper focuses on the realization of the system on the system login module,the library management module,storage management module,library management and statistical management module.Test results show that the system has achieved good results,improve the efficiency of the warehouse system. |
