Design And Implementation Of The Xinxin Education Teacher Training System

With the development of society,the electronic management system of educational institutions has been more and more popular,online management can not only save lots of unnecessary trouble,but also improve the management efficiency and reduce the rate of errors in the daily management work.Shin Shin Educational Foundation has launched by the overseas Chinese in the San Francisco Bay Area,California in 1997.On October 1,1999,Shin Shin Educational Foundation Officially registered in California's state as a Non-profit Charitable Foundation.Shin Shin Educational Foundation will provide specialized training to part of the domestic Shin Shin schools teachers.The training should accept examination and approval Layer by layer through the headmaster of the school,the Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,Regional head of Shin Shin Educational Foundation and Shin Shin Educational Foundation.But due to the limitation of space,at present the teacher can only scan the filled application table,then send to the Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office by e-mail.And the Provincial Overseas Chinese affairs can only download the application table and print,fill out their opinions and then send to the Regional head of Shin Shin Educational Foundation.This is very troublesome and it will make mistakes easily.As time goes on,With the increasing of the number of Shin Shin schools,more and more people,more and more data in previous years.These proposed higher requirements and challenges to our teachers' training management.Therefore,how to establish a set of suitable Shin Shin teachers' training management has become a very urgent task.This paper analyzes the current status quo of teaching management system,related business of teachers' training and its current development situation.Then this paper analyze the detailed demand of Shin Shin teachers' training and introduce some basic theoretical knowledge simply,and put forward the overall system architecture and technical solutions.This paper expounds the design method of the system,the development steps,detail design of three different levels from the customer side,WEB server and application server.Besides,the paper analyzes and designs the system data model,the details of page forms and business logic processing.Through continuous improvement,the information system designed in this paper provided the functions of user management,school management,training management,registrationmanagement,news center,training resources,online survey and enrollment data management for Shin Shin teachers' training administrator,and provided the functions of training project consulting,application status of consulting,training,teach science forum for Shin Shin training' teachers and students.The teachers' training management system has been applied in the Shin Shin Educational Fund in the United States and played its due role in training management.The system can complete the function of the management of Shin Shin schools,training project management,the application of online training,audit and statistics,it can satisfy the personal basis need of administrate,the Provincial Overseas Chinese affairs,area manager and Training students,it solve the problem of the past artificial management work efficiency and the management difficulty.
