Design And Implementation Of Archives Management System Based On HTML5

Traditional manual administration of files,one of the key information carriers,is increasingly unable to meet the demand for efficient management and application.Continually growing file digitalization,improving file informatization level,and providing a platform for efficient file utilization are of great practical significance.By referring to the years of development and growth history of a particular organization,this article has conducted a large amount of investigation including file data,visits,and discussions in order to analyze the existing file management procedures.It also proposes the functional demands as well as non-functional demands of the system and identifies the goals of the system.According to the system demands,this article has designed the system structure,system functional structure,system network expansion,system safety and system database until the coding is achieved by using Java+HTML5 technology and SQL Server 2008 R2 database.It has developed and realized each functional module of the file management system,including the file browse and queries,file borrowing and review,file documentation and review,file result editing,warehouse management,filing statistics and system management modules.After putting into operation,file management staff has broken through the confinement of the office and achieved safe and high-efficient file management,improved file management efficiency,and achieved outstanding application results.
