| The interbank f funds transactions plays a significant role in creating profit,keeping liquidity and achieving financial indexes in financing institutions.The interbank f funds transactions is the fast-growing and involving large amout.With the quick development of Chinese financial market,regulators established new policies and instructions to regulate the interbank market.China Banking Regulatory Commission published the 'Announcement for Regulating the Interbank Funds Transfers'(CBRC 2014-140)in 2014.This more specified and rigorous announcement requires commercial bank headquarters establishing special department to manage and operate the interbank transactions.Further,commercial bank headquarters should enhance the entrance permission mechanism,and manage the clients name list with a centralized manner.Traditionally,financial institutions communicate the interbank fund transfers related information by telephone,email and internal communication tools.However,for the commercial banks with a huge amount of branches,the traditional method of communicating and operating the interbank fund transfer may lead to mis-communication and lag information.In order to normalize,processize and transparentize the interbank fund transfers,and to meet the requirements of the regulators,it is particularly important to design an effective interbank fund transfer system.Therefore,designing a self-propelled system for the effective management,analyzing and evaluation of the interbank funds transactions is no time to delay for China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(CMBC).The main content of this dissertation is designing an interbank fund transfer system according to the actual situation of CMBC interbank fund transfer.Firstly,it initiates a series of analysis including business requirements analysis,functional requirements analysis,role requirements analysis and and non-functional requirements analysis.Secondly,it illustrates the overall design of the system including system framework design,system functional modules design(including system management module,customer management module,quotation management module,transaction management module and liquidation management module)and database design.Thirdly,it explains the practice of the system including the system login,system management,customer information management,quotations management,transactions management and clearing confirm management.Finally,it describes the system testing,including system testing environments,testing use-case design and testing results. |
