With the increasing contradiction between human and land in China,it is necessary not only to develop and utilize the existing land resources,but also to make scientific and rational exploitation and utilization of unused land.The development and utilization of the land resources in the low-slope hilly resource is an effective way to alleviate the conflict between human and land,to optimize the allocation of land resources and to balance the cultivated land.Judging from the present situation,the evaluation of land suitability of low-slope hilly resource has been paid attention to by the land management department of our country,and the evaluation methods are gradually improved,but there is still much room for improvement.With the development of Internet technology,at the same time to improve the evaluation method of land suitability.it is also the most important task of land resource management to Realization of intelligence and information of land evaluation of low-slope hilly resource.In this paper,take the"Provincial geological exploration projects"of Anhui province as the research background,taking Susong county in Dabie Mountain Area of Anhui province as the research object.The relevant data in the study area were extracted,analyzed,processed and integrated to complete the construction of the low-slope hilly resource database in Susong;Based on the research of theory and method,put forward the Development Suitability Evaluation Model of Susong County in the low hills and gentle slopes;After the requirements analysis system architecture design and the design of each functional module,Low-slope hilly resource management information system of SuSong city is developed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Build low-slope hilly resource database of SuSong CountyPick up the related date from study area(SuSong County),for example:the land boundary,the land class diagram spot,the slope classification,the land use change type,the position and the area data,and so on,to build a low-slope hilly resource database in Susong.(2)Put forward the suitability evaluation model for the development of low-slope hilly resource in Susong County(3)Analyzed of the existing methods and different evaluation model based on studying the theory of land use development suitability evaluation,construction of initial model development suitability evaluation,and optimize the processing,finally build a more mature development suitability evaluation model of SuSong County of low hills and gentle slopes.The evaluation results are divided into five levels,and the conclusion is as follows:suiting best for building,suitablity for cultivation,gardening,forestry and unfavorable development,and unfavorable development of the low-hilly and lowland resources in the study area.The area of resources for low-slope hilly resource is 38.08hm~2,298.50hm~2,783.03hm~2,377.79hm~2and 3.61hm~2,respectively,and the percentage of low-hill and low-slope resources is 2.56%,19.86%,52.38%,25.19%0.01%.(3)Research and implementation of Susong County low hills and gentle slopes of the management information systemAnalyzed the system requirements,and designed architecture based on the construction of the land resources database of low-slope hilly resource and the establishment of evaluation model of land development suitability of low hill and gentle slope.With Visual Studio2010 as the development tool,combined with SQL Server2008 database,ADO.Net as the development environment,combined with ArcGIS Engine embedded GIS component library,using MVC three-tier architecture and B/S mode to develop the system,research and implementation of Susong County low hills and gentle slopes of the management information system.Complete the"map browsing","database query","suitability evaluation"and"land use mode display"and other functions.To realize the informatization and scientific management of the land resources in the low hill gentle slope.
