Design And Implementation Of Scholarship Evaluation System For University Based On C/S Model

With the rapid development of the Internet,university has committed itself to strengthen its own informatization and paperless office construction.In contrast,the traditional ways that print check and paper files circulated still exists in most scholarship evaluation.This system is mainly developed to improve the efficiency of university scholarship evaluation.After comprehensive study of the scholarship evaluation program and process in Northeast University at Qinhuangdao,this article have designed a set of reasonable development plan by reading the relevant literature and the relevant technical papers.MySQL,the open source software is used to be the server's database management system.Considering that the most of the personal PC are using Windows operating system and there are a large number of servers using Linux system,it is intended to use MFC as the tool to develop the client software based on the Windows platform and use Java language as a development language for the server computing applications.This system has realized the following functions:students could input personal activities and awards online,the Department could audit students ' activities and awards online,the office of educational administration could update the score reports automatically,scholarship management committee could set department information and authority as well as setting scholarships online,the automatic calculation of comprehensive assessment score,the automatically derived of scholarship information.Finally,the system has been tested.Test result shows that the stability of the system,the reliability of data preservation,and the correctness of the results are excellent.The system can be put into use in a normal operation.
