With the improvement of the national standard of living,more and more private cars in the city,traffic pressure is increasing,and the smart city's method is trying to optimize the city's current situation,improve people's lives.About road traffic pressure,intelligent parking raised doubt as a reasonable solution to traffic pressure,especially in state leaders made great efforts to advocate development of the Internet plus,intelligent parking system more perfect coincides with the direction of national development,provide more convenient and more useful solutions for people's life.This thesis firstly analyzes the traditional parking lot,found its place behind and common problems,dig deep user pain points.According to the traditional parking lot exists many defects,this thesis established the intelligent parking system demand function.Traditional parking difficult to completely digital,information is displayed to the user,and parking field information update is a very real time information update,only through the data synchronization,and data information display to the customer terminal,users will be able to be a complete and accurate access to parking lot of all kinds of information.Intelligent parking lot advantage:(1)Parking information can be reflected in a timely manner to the user's operating terminal,to help users to choose the right parking lot.(2)The parking space can be fully utilized,and the utilization rate of the resource can be maximized.(3)Parking lot more information to the vehicle drainage operation,to avoid the traffic congestion.Intelligent parking lot can help users better choices,users can find the best parking lot in the shortest time,saving the user time and economic cost.Also from the city's point of view,the user can through the intelligent parking field system conveniently find a parking lot and navigate to the parking field operation,reduces the pressure of urban traffic and road congestion.This thesis will analysis existing traditional parking situation and existing navigation technology,license plate recognition technology of users access to electricity,of existing technology to take its essence to go to its dregs,of parking lot intelligent optimization to create a new type of intelligent parking system and on the main function of analysis and design,finally carries on the summary and Prospect of the next step of the intelligent parking system development direction.The innovation of this thesis includes three aspects.(1)The success rate of license plate recognition is improved again.On the basis of the existing technology,the method of matching the Bluetooth and acoustic wave is to ensure the success rate of the license plate recognition.(2)The navigation accuracy is optimized again.This thesis on the GPS system based on be iBeacon equipment as the base station location for accurate positioning and navigation.(3)Parking spaces and management.Using the user's mobile phone client,the parking lock hardware control,to ensure that the user has been scheduled to stop the parking space is not occupied,improve the success rate of the scheduled.
