Quantitative investment is a kind of securities market investment method which uses computer technology and adopts certain mathematical model to realize investment idea,making investment strategy achieves stable income.The advantages of quantitative investment are the characteristics of speed,accuracy,systematicness and dispersibility.The history of quantitative investment can be traced back to the European and American markets in the 1970s,which has been developed rapidly in recent years,and the number of investment funds in international market is much more than that of traditional investment funds.China's quantitative investment fund started in 2009 and it is at a high speed development stage.This paper analyzes the current situation in the field of quantitative investment in China,adopts the strategy writing language based on Python,and through lightweight system deployment and implementation,to build a safe,simple and powerful quantitative strategy platform for private-equity clients,reduce the cost of it construction and quantify the cost of compiling the investment strategy.Improve the efficiency of private-equity clients and the rate of return on investment.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.The paper studies the quantitative platform and its advantages and disadvantages in the field of quantitative investment in China,and the operation process of the quantitative platform for private-equity customers.2.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the matching transaction strategy in the field of private placement,and based on this,the design and implementation of the quantitative platform is systematically carried out.3.In view of how the quantitative investment strategy platform can help the private-equity clients to complete the fast backtracking and the order of the strategy,the overall frame design of the system is given,and then the key function module is designed and realized.4.The paper investigates and analyzes the matching transaction strategy and verifies the effectiveness of the strategy.The results show that the private-placement platform designed in this thesis achieves the design goal basically.5.The research results of this paper can not only satisfy the demand of the existing market for quantifying the investment and trading system,but also provide the ideas for the future improvement of the quantitative investment system,and help to promote the development of quantitative investment transactions.
