Design And Implementation Of Information Submitting And Editing Management System For Government Departments

With the rapid development of computer science and technology of Internet technology,information management system has become an important tool for government organization to improve work efficiency and service level.At present,most municipal government departments still use the traditional manual management mode to submit and edit information,which is out of date and can't match the requirement of information work.Therefore,developing an information submitting and editing management system is a necessary way to improve the efficiency of information work,and government will work better under the information management mode.This paper aims at improving the efficiency of information work,reducing the cost of daily work and the waste of resources,finally realizing data sharing between various departments by combining with the actual information work.In order to achieve this goal,this paper has developed the information submitting and editing management system.For the information reporting and management system,this paper investigates and analyzes the situation at home and abroad,clears the status,the meaning,the contents,the main work and so on.In the system development,firstly,this paper does the work of requirement analysis,according to the result,this paper determines the system design mode based on Java EE platform,MVC architecture and SSH framework,With the JavaScript component to display the content,and background database uses SQL Server as a data storage tool.Through the analysis of the main business process of the system,the system is divided into information submitting,contribution sorting,publication producing,publication submitting,publication managing and system managing module.According to the division of the above six functional modules,this paper establishes the database table structure.Then,each function module is designed in detail,and analyzed in detail through flow chart and sequence diagram.After completing the system,this paper designs the test case of each function module,then every function test employs white box,and performance test employs the WEB stress test tool.According to the results,the system design meets the needs of users.Finally,the work of this paper is summarized and nest step work is prospected.The system design follows the principles of simple operation,clear interface and fast operating speed.Users Login into the system through the Internet,and data input in the form of manual input or a mouse click.The system has realized functions of information inquiry,information publish,information count,report export,etc.Therefore,the system can fully meets the needs of users for inputting,collecting,editing,counting,etc.The system makes the information work of government more standardized,procedural,normalized and scientific.
