| Electronic documents and network has become a reality with the progress of the computer technology and the e-government affairs.It is a new research hotspot on safety and usability in the process of sending and sign electronic documents.There are low efficiency and poor safety in traditional way of postal transfer While the existing electronic document transmission system is small and low degree of automation.Therefore,the government departments need to set up modernization and informationization electronic document transmission system,in order to satisfy the demands of administrative work.This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional electronic document transmission system,and then points out the main points of the improvement of electronic document transmission system.The system is divided into receipt management,document management,joint seal,statistical analysis and personal settings of five modules.In receipt management,mainly to collect documents,files,documents have been received has been rejected,the archived files four sub menu,all the other departments through the system to send out my unit files,this reflects four subdirectories;in document management,is mainly to send files and send files two the menu,the official document of the general maximum and the main difference lies in whether the use of NTKO electronic seal system with electronic seal,in general,for each department issued a formal document,can be taken to stamp,which was send correspondence,and ordinary documents,in order to be more efficient and convenient,can take ordinary dispatch;the joint seal module mainly applicable to multiple departments jointly issued documents,common in many departments jointly issued a document stamped with the official seal of the multiple case;Statistical analysis module is the unit using statistics,two office issued a response rate of summary statistics in this unit and comprehensive statistics of the four sub menu,mainly in order to view the convenient for a period of time in the official document handling and processing,and key file handling;personal settings modules are the reasons for rejection,common language unit group setting,contact group settings and password change,these functions can be personal preference settings,more efficient operation is used to work,service.The bottom of the system using the Spring framework provides a layered architecture,Hibernate framework for SQL Server database package and provide transaction support,and by the Spring unified management,simplify the developmentdifficulty and speed up development.The core of the system is OFFICE document control,electronic seal system and attachment management control provided by NTKO,the realization of online editing the document,signed and stamped by the function of document.In the front-end interface,using jQuery EasyUI framework to provide a variety of plug-ins to achieve comprehensive functions and beautiful and easy to use user interface.After the deployment after operation,the system has played a good actual effect.It has meeted the functional requirements and performance requirements of electronic document transmission in the administrative work.It not only improved the speed and security of electronic documents in the process of circulation while save on government resources and improve the quality of work.The electronic document transmission system using the latest encryption technology,to protect the safe transmission of electronic documents in the network,and paperless receiving management.It breaks through the limitations of traditional document transmission system,and the realization of the government between the provincial units of China Unicom,document exchange,greatly improve the efficiency of the traditional office. |
