| In recent years,the information construction of land and resources has been very effective.A series of land and resources information applications such as mineral resources,geological environment,land use and comprehensive management have been built.Due to the fact that system construction is based on departmental business and lacks an overall view,a single system can only meet the needs of a certain department's business.It is difficult to support cross-departmental and cross-service data sharing.Applications which look like "isolated chimneys" that cannot be communicated with each other.It results in the following problems:1.Business data is dispersed in various business systems,data standards are not uniform,and data linkage capability is poor.Because linked data can't be updated synchronously,we often get different results from different perspectives.It is difficult to meet the needs of comprehensive data query,statistical analysis and auxiliary decision-making of various types of data.2.All business systems are decentralized,and many of the same business data are stored in different business systems,so the data redundancy is serious.When these data changes,they are needed to be updated in many business systems.It makes the operation extremely complicated and it is difficult to ensure data consistency.3.There are more and more services that flow across different systems.These systems are independent of each other and each business system only deals a process fragment of a complete business,so it needs to process breakpoints manually through offline work,and seriously affects work efficiency.This paper aims at solving the problems of land and resources.It adopts SOA architecture to design and implement the land and resources integerated services management platform.The platform opens up the information channels of various business departments,enhances the ability to open and integrate,and reduces the difficulty of large-scale development.The platform mainly includes three parts:integrated portal,enterprise service bus platform and bussiness process management platform.a)The integrated portal provides a unified interface to display statistical data,real-time maps,and other business data.It provides support for statistical analysis and decision-making from a holistic perspective.Through single sign-on and portlet interface integration technology,the portal realizes centralized display of business functions within the scope of authority,avoiding repeated login and switching of different systems.b)Enterprise service bus platform provides unified service registration,management,and monitoring capabilities.It accesses ArcGIS map services,data services provided by data centers,and business services provided by business systems.It follows the RESTful Web Services(JAX-RS)2.0 specification to integrate the business systems,and makes them to be loosely coupled.c)The process management platform provides a unified process design deployment tool and workflow engine for each business system.The platform links a series of business process segments of various departments of the Land Resources Bureau,and builds a business process that conforms to the BPMN 2.0 specification.Through the platform we can monitor and manage all the business processes.The integrated management service platform establishes a standard data model,service model,and business model,and realizes the integration of land and resources information based on metadata.It provides unified basic technology platform and runtime environment for all business systems,and builds a collaborative and shared ecosystem.Therefore,the research and construction of the integrated land and resources management service platform conform to the platform-based and service-based developing trend,with huge significance to enhance the informatization service level of the land and resources.As a pilot project,the platform has been built and operated at the municipal land and resources bureau.The project achieves good results and is promoted as a benchmark project across the province. |
