Inspur Group is a large-scale IT company with strong domestic comprehensive strength,a leading cloud computing company in China,and an advanced information technology product and solution provider.Inspur Cloud Services Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tide Group Limited,which is responsible for major government-related data services.The Data Services Division is a subsidiary of the Cloud Services Group and is primarily responsible for data collection and analysis.The Data Operations Department is a sub-department of the Data Services Division.For the rapidly growing task management needs,the cost of manual management will be higher and higher.The internal management talents of enterprises are relatively limited,and it is increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises.Companies need a piece of software that can handle tasks in time,respond tasks immediately,and manage tasks efficiently.In order to address the increasing demand for mission management,a task management system is designed.The goal of the system is to use software systems instead of manpower to solve problems such as inefficient manual management tasks and non-standard data records,to standardize data operations and facilitate task tracking and grooming.Data operation management system adopts JAVA language and is developed on the eclipse integrated environment.The back end uses the SSM framework which includes spring,spring mvc,and mybatis.The SSM framework is a very mature open source framework with short development cycle and easy maintenance.The front end of the data operation management system adopts JSP and CSS technology,and includes EasyUi plug-ins.The plug-in has a high degree of integration and is easy to develop and use.The data operation management system includes six modules of personnel management,weekly report management,code management,demand management,task management,personal information management,and several sub-modules.These modules provide users with functions such as assigning rights,submitting requests,assigning tasks,providing feedback and viewing task status,maintaining personal and customer information,summarizing work this week,and maintaining system functions.The data operation management system has significantly improved the work efficiency of the data operation department.In addition to the original data operation management system,this paper combines the characteristics of the management tasks of the cloud service group data operations department,summarizes the rules,and finally designs a task scheduling model,which mainly includes the task queue time simulation algorithm,task queue The full-alignment algorithm to improve the efficiency of the system's management tasks,the model confirmed through the experimental results that the task scheduling model can significantly improve the efficiency of task scheduling and execution.
