Since china has entried into the WTO organization,China's telecom market is more and more open.With the diversification of domestic telecom market and the entry of foreign telecom enterprises,China's telecom enterprises will face the severe test.Only continuously enhancing the core competition of the enterprise could gain a foothold in the cruel telecom market.Telecom enterprise core goal is to provide clients with high quality communication service,only based on the market of customers as the core enterprise development and improving efficiency can we develop comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.Customer relationship management(CRM)is the embodiment of the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Maintaining good customer relationship,and fully dig up information from the the customer's interests and the propensity to consume,according to the different services of consumer groups designed products,so as to meet the needs of the market diversification.So building a good customer relationship management system is very important for telecom enterprises.Through the CRM customer relationship management system can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise's office,at the same time,improve service levels,reduce business operating costs,drive revenue growth.On the technical level,through the research of telecom customer relationship,using Java + MySQL + Eclipse technology solutions,SSH platform based on open source development in telecom customer relationship management(CRM)system.This dissertation made the following research work:Study the research status quo of telecom enterprise customer relationship management system;Analyses the composition of telecom enterprise customer relationship;Customer relationship management(CRM)system is designed framework;Realize all the customer relationship management system function module.In this dissertation,based on the SSH technology,we have completed the design and development of the GuiZhou enterprise customer relationship management(CRM)system.In the customer relationship management(CRM)system with the method of segmenting customers,has carried on the effective management to corporate customers,improve the enterprise's marketing performance,improve telecom enterprise's reputation and profitability at the same time.
