| With the development of intelligent manufacturing industry,the use of intelligent industrial equipment has been expanding,that resulting in the doubled number of intelligent industrial equipment.Intelligent industrial equipment is the material basis for the manufacturing automation pipeline,there will be a significant impact on the operation of the entire production system once the equipment break down.Therefore,to ensure the normal operation of the equipment occupies an important position in the manufacturing production system.On the basis of OPC data access technology,the industrial equipment Web monitoring system based on OPC is designed and developed,which realizes the monitoring of operating status of industrial equipment and the management of equipment information.The main contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of literature review,the research background and significance of topics are summarized,as well as the related research status at home and abroad,and some crucial technologies used in the OPC-based industrial equipment Web monitoring system are introduced,such as OPC acquisition,Socket transmission,WebSocket dynamic interaction,SSM framework,MySQL database.(2)After field research on the flexible manufacturing integrated training platform,according to the equipment information and running process based on stamped device of the training platform,the development goal and the actual functional requirements of the system are analyzed,and the network topology,the hierarchical structure and the technical route of the system are designed.(3)According to the system function demand analysis,the system is divided for three modules including the device data acquisition and processing,data transmission,monitoring display.In the device data acquisition and processing module,for the issues of the impact of equipment data characteristics on monitoring effectiveness,the signal acquisition equipment designed for asynchronous and synchronous acquisition of two methods;the design of effective transmission of monitoring data is realized in the data transmission module;the design of equipment operation status monitoring and equipment information management function are developed in the monitoring display module.In addition,the database design is completed by combining the function of the system with the requirement of data storage query.(4)The industrial equipment Web monitoring system based on OPC is a monitoring and management system of B/S and C/S hybrid architecture composed of OPC data acquisition software and Web server.Equipment data acquisition processing module is developed in the system based on MFC framework that realizes the data classification gathering.Data transmission module is designed based on Socket and WebSocket that completes monitoring data transmission.Monitoring and display module is developed by building Web server based on the SSM framework,that achieves the equipment running status monitoring and equipment information management.After testing,the system designed in this paper can run stably and respond well,feasibility and effectiveness of the system are proven. |
