Research On A Read-write System In The Warehouse Based On RFID Technology

Warehouse management system is referred to as the control of good receiving and issue work in warehouse.Warehouse management system aims to make sure the goods in good condition.Warehouse management system is an important part of supply chain unit.Traditional warehouse management operations,which simply rely on the traditional way of artificial memory and manual entry,is not only time-consuming and inefficient but also error prone.Thus,the traditional warehouse management operations can not meet the modern warehouse management system demand.With the development of the Internet of Things and radio frequency technology,warehouse management is more and more intelligent.It is of great significance to establish the consummate computer management system of warehouse for optimizing management methods and the development of the enterprise.Based on the above background,combined the RFID technology,a warehouse management system,which can make the goods to be automatically inbound,outbound and library are built in thesis.The warehouse management system can monitor and manage the goods inside.The system contains three parts:perception layer,network layer and application layer.Perception layer includes portable reader and fixed reader.These readers can collect and upload goods information.In network layer,the TCP protocol is used to ensure the reliability of data transmission.The function of application layer is to monitor and manage goods.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The hardware circuit of handheld reader which uses STM32 as the main control chip was developed.2.The software program of the portable reader was completed under uC/OS-Ⅱ operating system.3.The asynchronous TCP software was developed by C#.4.The system database was designed and the warehouse management system was developed by using C#.The warehouse management system built in this thesis can optimize the business processes,reduce human error and accelerate the circulation of goods.As a result,the system can raise the automation and the intelligent level of warehouse management.
