China is moving from a big agricultural country to a strong agricultural country.Grassroots agricultural technicians are an important part.In order to improve overall professional skills and comprehensive skills of grass-roots agricultural technicians,professional training for grass-roots agricultural technicians has advanced in an orderly manner in our province.When the grass-roots agricultural technicians receive the training,they will return to their original place of work.The communication and technology exchange process between them will have more choices for single voice calls and problems encountered in field work and also can't share learning in real time.The intelligent communication software based on portable devices developed in this paper can solve the above problems faced by grass-roots agricultural technicians to a certain extent.Compared with traditional notepads,the system is easy to use,with various recording forms and rich record content.Can record text,images,audio,video,etc.,and through the establishment of passwords and permissions to make information more secure,through real-time communication technology to achieve resource sharing and technology exchanges.The information acquisition and communication software designed and developed in this paper uses the C/S interactive mode architecture.The entire system is composed of Android client and server.The paper first introduced the background and research objectives of the project,analyzed the status of agricultural information based on Android at home and abroad,analyzed the business requirements of the field technician information collection and exchange system,and clarified the key business processes,and detailedly explained the system's functional and non-functional requirements.On this basis,the overall architecture design,functional structure design and database design of the system are performed;and the functions of the main functional modules of the system,the Android client and the server,are designed in detail.The client mainly implements functions such as user registration,login,log writing,image collection,audio and video collection,and community exchange.The collected information can be uploaded to the server in real time,realizing data storage and sharing in real time.All users can comment on shared logs,images,audio and video.The server side implements storage and management functions for files,users,etc.,and community communication functions(postings,comments,etc.).In order to ensure system data security,file/data resource mapping and malicious file interception functions are implemented on the server side.The background of the system implements user-level hierarchical management.According to each user's activity on the platform and the platform to share the number of contributions,different user levels are awarded(level 1-10),and everyone is encouraged to actively share experience and information;finally,the process and results of system testing are introduced.The current deficiencies of the system are analyzed,and the research direction of the next step is forecasted.
