Facing the wave of the new generation of mobile Internet,the competition and challenge of telecom operators are unprecedented.Providing customers with new service competitiveness will become the key to the survival of operators.As a mass of customer contact Department,the telecommunication customer service platform contains huge business opportunities.The mining and application of big data is becoming urgent and necessary.We should make full use of.data drive to grasp the opportunity of customer contact and improve the value of contact.How to transform the telecommunication customer service platform from the pure cost center to the profit center,how to make use of the data drive and innovation drive,do a good job of "service" to "service marketing" is the key to the transformation.The basis of the transformation is to design a set of perfect marketing system with special service,explore a set of mature operation strategies in practice,innovate the service marketing mode,speed up the new generation of information technology integration innovation,and always use the best service and product to attract customers,serve customers and perceive customers.Targeted marketing is a marketing change.It is the marketing process of differentiated products,packages or services according to customers' consumer demand and consumption characteristics.Based on the targeted marketing of the telecommunication customer service platform system,on the one hand,the special data of the telecommunication customer service platform is used in data mining modeling,to improve the precision of data mining,to carry on the targeted marketing to the customers;on the other hand,the telecommunication customer service platform is used to make rapid response and real-time marketing to the subscribers to the line.This paper designs targeted traffic marketing system based on telecom customer service platform.In the process of research,we choose a variety of telecommunications traffic set,combined with large data technology,through the analysis of the customer behavior characteristics of the telecom industry and the customer voice key,the use of customer service platform in the process of contact with customers to get mass information,through the use of cross industry data mining process methods,large data,data warehouse Database and data mining technology,and established a targeted traffic marketing system based on telecom customer service platform.Firstly,the crisis and challenges faced by various telecom operators in the Internet age are expounded,and the necessity of implementing targeted traffic marketing is put forward.According to the characteristics of the telecom enterprises' own development and the current situation of traffic management,this paper points out that the mass information in the customer service platform is the highlight of the data analysis range,and designs the targeted traffic sales and marketing system based on the telecom customer service platform.And the model is evaluated and optimized,and the implementation of the drop point experiment in the city company proves the accuracy and feasibility of the targeted traffic marketing system based on the customer service platform,thus making the company achieve a breakthrough in performance.
