With the rapid development of society and economy of Yunnan Province,Yunnan Province Department of Finance faced a lot of new services need to apply,along with the staff workload is increasing.A more efficient way of administrative examination and approval,as well as reduce the cost of administrative examination and approval,and ultimately achieve the purpose of convenience of the masses,an issue of common concern to the entire community.Online Administrative Approval Service system to become the new use of modern information technology to promote the development of administrative license preferred solution.On the basis of researches on online administrative examination and approval service analyzes the approval of business problems faced by Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance,to establish the appropriate data model,traffic data for all classes of paper are classified storage,designed specifically for Yunnan Provincial Finance Department administrative examination and approval system,database services,to achieve a true paperless office,as well as more effective save data for future of these data mining and analysis ready.In order to better save development costs,as well as future scalability of the system,the framework used in this paper all the free open source framework.First,J2EE development platform was used,which makes the program a good cross-platform performance improvement.Secondly,Hibernate was used for data persistence,which allows a programmer to use object-oriented programming ideas to manipulate the database,without having to write complex SQL statements.Also,the use of dependency injection and reflection Spring Framework,a layered architecture design for the program,so that makes the programmer can choose components without having to change the source code basis.Among them,the use Struts2 interceptor mechanism to handle user requests,thus making the business logic controller Servlet API completely out of open,frequent changes in business logic will not affect the use of this part of the Servlet.Finally,EasyUI framework was used user interface design,so that you can easily create beautiful and interactive nice UI interface.
