Research On Privacy Protection Policy Of E-commerce Website Users

This paper selects 20 representative e-commerce websites from home and abroad,from the type of user information collection,the collection of user information,the collection of user information,the management of user information,the sharing and transfer of user information,and cookies.A detailed and comprehensive analysis of the privacy policies of these 20 e-commerce websites and their understanding of the current state of use of the same technology,statement of user information,security protection of user information,protection of minor personal information,revision and update of privacy policy.Under the international situation,the privacy policies of domestic and foreign e-commerce websites have similarities and differences in content and the importance of e-commerce websites regarding the protection of user privacy,and summarize the highlights and deficiencies of 20 e-commerce website privacy policies.Then,taking the US Mission Network as an example,it deeply analyzes the privacy protection policy of the users of the US Mission Network;finally,it proposes to improve the e-commerce website in China from two aspects: strengthening the improvement of the e-commerce industry itself and strengthening the supervision of e-commerce sites.The recommendations of the user privacy protection policy include: Commerce site complete privacy policy,e-commerce enterprises to strengthen self-discipline,strengthen the supervision of e-commerce sites legislation to strengthen the supervision of the relevant departments of e-commerce sites,and strengthen supervision of users of e-commerce websites.
