| With the common development of information technology,more and more information management is gradually separated from the single human management,relying more and more on the computer and network as support.In coal enterprises,for the continuous development of automation and information technology,various kinds of materials with huge quantity and frequent flow are necessary for the production of coal enterprises,which makes the statistics and dominant work of the material relatively complex.If there is no standard and perfect statistical material system,it will make the entry and exit,the approval,and the distribution process of the whole material out of order.The traditional material management mode is required by the specialized management unit to manage the whole mine materials and is responsible for the statistics of the material quantity and entry and exit records.When the basic unit needs materials,the material application will be written by the special material clerk,and submitted to the supervisor of the unit at the higher level for examination and approval.After the examination and approval,the material application shall be submitted to the warehouse for outbound,and be registered and counted by the relevant personnel of the warehouse.Traditional manual registration or use of Excel forms is slow,requires heavy workload,and there is a certain risk of preservation,which cannot meet the needs of the current stage.In this thesis,the information management system of the coal mine material warehouse is developed,which is combined with the warehouse management process of this unit.This system adopts the idea of three layers architecture design that is based on a Web online management system.Its goal is to unify the management,record and statistic material inventory of the coal mine material warehouse,and the information of each unit's entry and exit,the information of material expense.This system mainly includes warehousing information,inventory details,material approval,footage management and so on.This system use the advanced computer management system to manage the information involved in the work of material entry and exit.Itcan save a large amount of manual record,and meanwhile ensure the query speed and the saving security of information,reduce the waste of human resources,and make the material management work in order,more standardized and scientific.The efficiency of work has been improved in an all-round way,the enterprise management system is strengthened and the economic benefit is improved.This paper introduced the project background and significance,the development process of whole programming,the details from requirement analysis to system design,and the process of database design and code design.Finally the system is tested and analyzed and put into use. |
