Underground pipelines are the important part of urban infrastructure,and are the lifeline of our cities.It is the important support to protect the rapid development of the current social economics and production.With the continuous development of the city,cities all carry on pipelines survey.The function requirement of underground pipelines information management platform is increasing,the traditional two-dimensional pipelines management platform has been unable to meet the needs of practical applications,and cannot to carry out effective spatial description and information expression for complex underground pipe network.Three dimensional underground pipe network can more truly express the three-dimensional characteristics of the pipe network and the spatial geometric relationship of various professional pipelines.The smart development of the city needs to exchange and operate the geospatial information of the macro GIS and the internal information of the micro BIM to realize the precise management of the city.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the underground pipelines information management platform based on BIM and 3DGIS,which is the urgent need of urban pipe network planning,construction and management.This study is based on the actual project of the underground pipelines information management platform in Shenyang Hunnan New District.Through the comprehensive data collection and analysis of underground pipelines,this study decided to elaborate modeling and rapid visual analysis of underground pipelines as the main content.Firstly,pipelines automatic modeling based on BIM will be studied,on the basis of two-dimensional pipelines that can be easy detected,according to figure method called "Sweep + Mesh",specific algorithm about three-dimensional pipelines and its ancillary facilities auto generation,pipelines and its assembly units auto connection will be adopted to solve fine and automatic modeling.Secondly,the pipelines network models rapid visualization and analysis techniques based on 3DGIS will be studied to solve the problem about fast visualization analysis pipelines network on web.Finally,the gap between the platform and the smart pipe network under the background of smart pipe network,and bring the idea that using platform + IOT(Internet of things)+ big data to look forward to the next step of the upgrading of the platform.This article solves the problems of underground pipelines information engineering problems in application,which not only for the city pipelines industry to provide specific solutions and bring great social benefits,but also realize the automatic creation of urban pipe network from 2D data to 3D model data,reduce the cost of manual modeling and improve the working efficiency of 3D modeling.
